Everyone Valued
All members of the team feel valued and listened to. The team is strong and individuals are encouraged to take on new roles and responsibilities that continue to help move the school forward. There is an established system of succession planning whereby the school provides opportunities for staff to shadow new roles and to develop and grow within Anstey.
