Central to our ethos is the Nurture and Thrive Approach, which emphasises the importance of supporting our children's social and emotional development. We believe that a strong foundation in these areas is essential for academic success and personal well-being. Our Pupil Wellbeing Team, which includes a Family Support Worker, a qualified ELSA practitioner, and Thrive Practitioners, is committed to ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive. All our staff are trained in the Thrive approach, equipping them to foster a nurturing environment where children can flourish.

We recognise that collaboration with families is vital to achieving the best outcomes for our children. By working closely together, we establish shared goals that empower our children to overcome any barriers to learning. Inclusion is a cornerstone of our school community, and we take pride in creating an environment where every child feels valued and supported, enabling them to make good progress at their own pace.

The school really is alive with excitement and enthusiastic learners, but ‘seeing is believing’ so please do come along and visit; the children and staff love welcoming visitors and showing them how fantastic our school is.
